I couldn't figure out why that was happening.  But I didn't look that
closely.

These are problems with existing documentation that was never actually
compiled into the html.  Most of these are just dumb fixes in the
inline source documentation, like changing @caps1 to @caps.

If you feel particularly interested in cleanup work, feel free.
Otherwise I'll get to it soon.
