[gst-devel] 2nd resend of patches for gstreamer gtk-doc

hi hi,

I have no idea why the mail neither came through nor came back. So here is it
again (with patches on my webserver).
I've started to play around with gtk-doc and made the changes that are attached
(see bottom of this mail).
before commiting I would like to ask for your ok.

gstreamer-docs.sgml.patch:
enables the ascii-art object hierarchy
adds a alphabetic index (this is useful for people not having devhelp)

the other two patches:
fixes objects so that they are properly aprearing in the class hierarchy.

finally a question:
is there a reason (apart from that one inside gstreamer-docs.sgml) that e.g.
GstQueue has been manually excluded from the docs. This class is not yet
documented at all, but as it is not it leaves a hole in the graph.
If there is no objection, I will readd it to the docs.
