[gst-devel] v4l2src, tuner frequency unit

hello devel-list members,

i discussed about this issue with Ronald/BBB yesterday and he gave me a
"go" to fix that and have Hz everywhere (for v4l[2]src)

it is now in CVS

attached is a sample app that would scan your v4l[2] device for TV
stations. it needs current CVS or 0.8.2

Application options:
  -d, --device=DEVICE           v4l(2) capture DEVICE
  -n, --norm=NORM               video NORM (PAL, NTSC, SECAM)

please test and report failures for people interrested in a TV or PVR
app using gstreamer as a back-end

'v4l2src' is hardcoded but replacing v4l2src by v4lsrc should work out
of the box if you still only have the crappy v4l v1
