[gst-devel] [PATCH] Fix logic in gst_tcp_socket_read()

here's fix to logic in gst_tcp_socket_read(), which didn't exactly
adhere to contract advertised in comment ;)

PS. I didn't test if it doesn't break anything, just corrected the
discrepancy between comment and code and removed spurious line
