OK, fixed. Well noticed.

Well, only in the player (playbin-related apps, such as Totem or my
media player or seek), and only for ogg+vorbis+theora. Not for any other
media type, and not for ogg+vorbis only and not on the commandline. I
fear that playbin distributes the audio clock too late and therefore
doesn't use the audio element clock, but just the system clock. Wim, can
you fix that?
