[gst-devel] GSTREAMER-DEVEL: How to create gstreamer-libs.pc?

Hello
I want to compile MARLIN and the program ask for
GSTREAMER-LIBS 0.8.4. The "./configure" is looking for
"gstreamer-libs.pc" file. 

I had re-compiled gstreamer-0.8.4.tar.gz several
times, but the gstreamer package did not create
"gstreamer-libs.pc". 

I found "gstreamer.pc" and "libgstreamer.so..." (from
ldconfig -v). I try to rename gstreamer.pc to
"gstreamer-libs.pc", but when I compile Marlin: Cannot
find "gst/gconf/gconfig.sh"

I try to compile from "gstreamer-0.8.4mdk.src.rpm"
(Mandrake Cooker), and FreshRPMS (FC2) but it failed
on 
"{ global:"  ...and... "{ global::"

Any idea HOW to create gstreamer-libs.pc from
"gstreamer-0.8.4.tar.gz"?
