Okay, now try gst-launch filesrc location="fullpath name to mp3" ! mad !
osssink
Let me know if it is working.
What do you mean by noisy? Because sinesrc will create a flat sound, which
you may have heard coming out of PCs in forms of beeps. If you are getting
that, then it is probably correct.
