[gst-devel] Problem with installing MAD and mpeg2dec

Hello Everybody,
At first I like to Thank everyone of the group that I ve got a huge
help from this group.....Neway,again I'm facing a problem....That...
In my system I ve installed gstreamer-0.8.10,gst-plugins-0.8.9.
and I also installed the following additional rpms...
# GStreamer ffmpeg version 0.8.1 (forgot the name)
# mpeg2dec-0.4.0-0.lvn.2.1.2.i386.rpm
# libfame-0.9.0-0.lvn.7.2.i386.rpm
# libmad-0.15.1-0.lvn.1.b.2.i386.rpm
# swfdec-0.2.2-0.lvn.2.2.i386.rpm
# gsm-1.0.10-0.lvn.7.2.i386.rpm
# lame-3.95.1-0.lvn.3.2.i386.rpm
# libid3tag-0.15.1-0.fdr.1.b.2.i386.rpm
# faad2-2.0-0.lvn.1.2.i386.rpm
# gstreamer-plugins-extra-audio-0.8.4-0.lvn.1.2.i386.rpm
# gstreamer-plugins-extra-video-0.8.4-0.lvn.1

I ve libmad.so in /usr/local/lib.....
I test by the command find . -name *gstmad*...with this the output shows is...
./gstreamer-0.8/libgstmad.so
./gstreamer-0.8/libgstmad.la

But beside of these whenevr I try to run gst-launch with mad ..or I
type gst-insect mad THE ERROR MESSAGE COMES AS  No such element or
plugin 'mad'........
Please help me and tell me what should I do.....
I humbly need your help...
