[gst-devel] Problem with MAD plugin

It's a library, not a gstreamer plugin. Please install
gstreamer-plugins-extra-audio from freshrpms, also. extra-dvd/-video
will give you more video decoders and DVD support, all together it'll
give you all you asked for in your email.
