[gst-devel] how to Completely INSTALL GStreamer

hi all,
please tell me how to completely install the GStreamer package on Red
hat 9 platform. i m to develop a software to play MP3 songs using
GStreamer framework.Do tell me the pluggings i m suppose to install n
use when developing the software. if possible pass the source code of a
MEDIA PLAYER built using Gstreamer, which could help me in understanding
the functionality of the API and the flow.
