It might be, but that statement doesn't say that.  The statement says
"all its contents", and afaict, whatever I look up on there is content
on the site.

I'm pretty sure that cddb, freedb and musicbrainz mean the data by "all
its contents".

I think everyone here agrees that it would be silly for them to claim
copyright on the code indexed.  Now let's make their statement say that
explicitly before we consider this.
