[gst-devel] configure: error: conditional "USE_ALSA" was never defined in GST-PLUGINS-BASE

if configuring gst-plugins-base-0.10 to disable
external plugins?
then it has error following:
configure: error: conditional "USE_ALSA" was never
defined
I think that there is something wrong with the
configure.ac or
other files.

Any advice?
