akaik, 3GPP file is a ISO file.
it is qtdemux that can play ISO files (+ quicktime ones)

anyway, it's just a demuxer. what does it contain ? AMR audio ? (SAMR)

i saw a bug report to add an AMR decoder (with sample code) but i don't
know its status
