[gst-devel] gtk-doc, and deprecation

hi hi,

seems like the gtk-doc change gets accepted. The downside is as it warns about
incomplete docs, our gst-build will immediately break when gtk-doc is updated to
this new version (which in fact is good).

The good thing is it is only 29 symbols that need some love. Please look at the
lines with '()' round braces - for the one who originally did it, it probably
don't takes long.

Any please do *not* pu the docs into the 'tmpl' files. But them into the source.
E.g. for signal right above where the signal gets registered.

When in doubt, just mail it to me.
