No. I can't remember what I said exactly back then, but this is not a
good idea, really. The only target audience is users. For developers,
it's merely a lookup table (and thus requires no more info). Their
wisdom is in 'gst-inspect <pluginname>'. This list should *not* in any
case become a re-iteration of gst-inspect, that is pointless. It should
just become an information table for users who want to see what formats
we support, which dependencies are required, possibly a list of known
issues or so, and such stuff. No technical details.

If we did, it'd be done by now. ;). This is waiting for someone to spend
a few days on it.
