Hello.

This patch adds support for AVI files with an Indeo 3 video stream (fourcc
IV32). The video stream can later be decoded with gstffmpeg.

Question: gstffmpeg can decode Indeo 3, and pitfdll can decode Indeo 5. Is
there a plug-in which can decode Indeo 4? Maybe pitfdll can be improved to
support ir41_32.dll?
