I am struggling with ffmepg plugins to run a simple filesrc-demux-decoder-filesink bin. I was wondering why ffmeg plug-ins are not part of the classification base-good-bad-ugly ? Is there a good alternative to ffmeg plug-ins to play mov files ? If there is, what are the advantages or disavantages of using ffmeg plug-ins. David
