unfortunately the initial roadmap and timetable (from guadec2006) for 
Telepathy-SIP has slipped quite a bit and the component is not yet 
available. But there are various SIP clients, libs, etc using either 
directly gstreamer, or using Telepathy and Farsight. Please see:
