[gst-devel] plugins loading

Hi!

I have  gstreamer-0.10 (on Nokia 770) from package and I want to add
some plugins that I compiled for that architecture, but gst-inspect
doesn't see that new plugins (I put them in the directory with other
gstreamer plugins). What is the reason that gst-inspect doesn't see
that plugins, what is the mechanizm of checking for plugins in
gst-launch? Any sugestions????
