Thank you for this answer.

So we will use rtpdemux to separate the two streams
(audio and dtmf events), sending the 'dtmf string' to
an 'identity' element, in order to get the GstBuffers
(using"handoff" callback).
GstBuffers will be parsed to get the DTMF events.
