[gst-devel] can't open glibconfig.h when building gstreamer vs6 project on windows

hi,
  When i build gstreamer with vs6 project on windows. vs6 report 
glibcongig.h was not found.
  I faiedl to search this file in the glib directory.
  any help will be appreciated.
