[gst-devel] About Gstreamer

hello,ererybody!

I have some problems about Gstreamer,can somebody help me and answer my 
questions.

1. I find that Gstreamer has planted in Fedora Core 3 , then use command in 
the command line.
   gst-lantch-0.8 filesrc location=1.mp3 ! mad ! osssink
   but can not hear sound,display error information is that mad element is 
not find.
   Can Gstreamer command directly run in  Fedora Core 3 or needed other 
implements?
