hi tim,

bevor I change this here and there in the sources ...
It only works if HAVE_PRINTF_EXTENSION is defined. In gstcaps.h we also
had a GST_DEBUG_CAPS macro which works like this. But its deprecated -
anyone remmebers why?
Any comments?
