[gst-devel] Normalization, audio properties

I look pretty dumb now! My tag merging code was broken which is why I
wasn't getting the bitrate tags, mad was in fact sending them the
whole time. Well I guess my problems are solved. Apart from the replay
gain support which I realised rene is already working on.
