[gst-devel] Is rtsp supported by gsteamer?

I run gst-inspect |grep rtsp,

rtsp:  rtpdec: RTP Decoder
rtsp:  rtspsrc: RTSP packet receiver


but when I run gst-launch playbin uri=rtsp://....
it tells me that
ERROR: from element /playbin0: RTSP streams cannot be played yet.
