[gst-devel] Is rtsp supported by gsteamer?

CVS had quite a lot of rtsp updates but it'll still be disabled in
playbin for the next release until the next bugs get fixed:

- It does not handle fallback to TCP correctly when UDP is blocked by a
firewall. 
  It currently posts a redirect to rtspt://, which will attempt a TCP
transport.
- It does not handle RealMedia or at least report the fact that it's not
  supported, in a user friendly way.
- does not use an RTP/RDT session manager.
