Check gst-plugins-bad:s sys directory

with gst-launch:  gst-launch-0.10.exe audiotestsrc | directsoundsink

gst-plugins-bad also contains directdrawsink for video.

bugzilla have directsoundsrc also, but there are some minor quality 
problems.
