[gst-devel] move of v4l2src

Hey everyone,

I moved v4lsrc to good today.  There are some minor details still left
to clean up, but I'm sure Edgard and friends can address them soon
enough before the next release.  Just to make sure they do, though,
v4l2src is not built by default yet :) You need to pass
--enable-experimental to configure for it to build.

As soon as all problems are resolved, we will build it by default.
