[gst-devel] any memleak tool of plugin

We use valgrind, we're happy with it.  For an example, in
gst-plugins-base:
cd tests/check
make elements/theoraenc.valgrind

This runs one of the unit tests that tests theoraenc element in valgrind
and should show no leaks :)
