Hi,

A simple tarball is the starting point.  That allows us to see what you
did, how you did it, how it compares to other plugins, and what place we
should give it.  I guess the easiest for now would be to start with a
separate CVS module for openmax plugins.  I assume people from TI will
want to maintain them ?
