[gst-devel] win32 good-plugins

Hi Giovanni,

I've generated a new set of Windows binaries from CVS this w-e, it 
includes udp and rtp plugins.
I've also put online a basic gstreamer player to make it easier to test 
gstreamer on Windows.
I've fixed some bugs in directdrawsink so it should now work with all 
graphic devices.
It will be great if all people having a Windows installed and having 
some time could make a little test and give some feedback.
