Do you think it's the same problem?
Although this pipeline:
src1 -+-> adder -> vol -> tee +-> sink1
src2 -´                       `-> sink2

...looks like some kind of the oppsite from the one mentioned in the bug:
src -> tee +-> vol1 -+-> adder -> sink
           `-> vol2 -´
