[gst-devel] gst-plugins can't find GStreamer

hi Nick,
better install the plugins into the same prefix as gstreamer. An alternative for
3rd party plugins is $HOME/.gstreamer-0.10/plugins/.
Otherwise make sure the GST_PLUGIN_PATH is exported globaly so that it is
available for the X-session.
