[gst-devel] ip camera under windows

Hello all,

I'm trying to drive an IP Camera under windows with gstreamer. I launch an
external http client which connects to the camera. Then it send video flow
that I can get with an udpsrc element.
My problem is that I cannot send a receiver report this way, and the camera
stops sending video if it doesn't receive the report.
Is there an element that can periodically send a sender report to a
specified port ?
