[gst-devel] Gstreamer can not find installed plugins

If u are tryin to install using the source
then see the config file output ...

sometimes .. it says .. certain plugins will not be compiled due to external
dependencies ..
(it gives a list .. things which have no dependency and will be installed ..
thing with dependency and will be installed .. etc etc )
