[gst-devel] sample plugin

Do you think you or someone on the list could share a copy of gst-template
source code that is working.
I am logged in as root and have 'rwx' permissions.

You are right..
Makefile.in is a generated file
it is a not directly part of the gst-template

i have no clue why your having these problems, works perfectly fine for me.
last thing i can advice you to do is check your file permissions.
