[gst-devel] installing gstreamer rpms

Hi!
I am a newbie to gstreamer. After much effort I could download
the RPMs for gstreamer.
Now I am unclear as to how all those RPMs can be installed at one go - there
is no install script available.
I downloaded these RPM files, on windows, using a download manager.

Your help would be deeply appreciated.
