[gst-devel] installing gstreamer rpms

Well I assume you are trying to install these RPMS on a Fedora Linux
system. You can do so by running the command 'rpm -Uvh *.rpm' on the
command line in the directory where the RPMS are stored.

If you on the other hand is trying to run GStreamer on windows you need
to get the Windows packages from here:
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/pkg/windows/releases/
