[gst-devel] why can not gst-inspect videotestsrc

I had same kind problems with liboil (+arm optimizations). If platform is 
arm and it is not supporting vfp and softfp. This is bug in the liboil. 
Configure tests only that  your compiler supports these things. Quickfix: 
comment arm optimizations away.
