[gst-devel] [Gstreamer]Need help!

Hi, all’

I’m a beginner, and I found I can’t create gstelement using
gst_element_factory_make() function.

I use windows vista and my IDE is Visual Studio 2008.

Can someone tell me why and how to deal with it.
