[gst-devel] Regarding installation of GStreamer RTSP Server

Hi, gstreamer-devel:

    1. Make sure the "autopoint" is in your PATH and you can run it in
terminal.

    2. Run "autopoint --version" and make sure the version >= 0.11.5 which
your RTSP server requires.
