[gst-devel] avi stream to webcam

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to use gstreamer to write a program that will take an avi
stream and convert it into a virtual webcam? My goal is to use red5 to live
stream an avi stream, but red5 only supports live streaming from a webcam
source, so I need to be able to simulate a webcam with the avi stream.
