[gst-devel] Totem player not using the right gstreamer path

Hi,

I am using 

Totem player version 2.22.1
gstreamer version 0.10.18

I am trying to make Totem player use the gstreamer which is built from the source on ubuntu system.  

First with the ubuntu system setup , the totem player is working fine with back end gstreamer. In this case gstreamer is installed in usr/lib directories.

gstreamer 0.10.18 build is fine.  Make install installed the binaries into usr/local/lib and usr/local/include . Because It is needed to not to overwrite the original installation.

Then the Totem player build is fine also . source version 2.22.1 is used. But it is using usr/lib directories for gstreamer instead of usr/local.

The PKG_CONFIG_PATH is set to usr/bin/pkgconfig
 
any other variables need to be set ? How to fix this problem?
