[gst-devel] Windows test was: GStreamer 0.10 testing (gstreamer-editor and other things)

_Windows test:_
gst-inspect-0.10.exe as well as gst-launch-0.10.exe terminate with the
error message: Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "g_intern_static_string" wurde 
in der DLL "libglib-2.0.0.dll" nicht gefunden -
(Procedure begin point not found )

when started directly.

When run *under Cygwin*, these two programs immediately terminate with 
no message at all.

- gst-editor is not there
