Hi, all:
You should download the amr source code from:
http://ftp.penguin.cz/pub/users/utx/amr and configure --prefix=/usr; make;
sudo make install. Then when you configure the ugly gst-plugin, amrnb will
be installed.
In short words, amr encoding/decoding library is not included in
gstreamer, gstreamer just use the library to do the work.
