[gst-devel] Setting Pipeline State Return GST_STATE_CHANGE_ASYNC

Dear all,
 
I create a simple pipeline like this: 
 -------------------            --------------
|  myelement | ------> |   filesink  |
 -------------------            --------------
but when I set the state of pipeline to PLAYING, the
gst_element_set_state() return GST_STATE_CHANGE_ASYNC
and just cannot be set to PLAYING event after a long time, "myelement"
works with other sink element. 
Anyone kindly give some suggestion on this?
