[gst-devel] re-license and move of Fluendo mpeg ps and ts demuxers

Considering I'm getting crashes with the new mpegpsdemuxer I didn't have
with the legacy ones... I very much doubt that.

  There's nothing wrong with having more than one demxuer for the time
being.

  This is going to require a LOT more testing before deciding which one
is better.... at least for mpeg-ps demuxing.
