[gst-devel] How do I display vobsub subs?

What is the status of vobsub sub(video/x-dvd-subpicture) support in Gstreamer? I am trying to play an mkv file which uses this kind of subs. Here is the line I use for gst-launch:

gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=vobsub\ subs.mkv ! matroskademux
name=t t.video_00 ! ffdec_h264 ! ffmpegcolorspace ! videomixer
name=mixer ! ffmpegcolorspace ! xvimagesink t.subtitle_00 ! dvdsubdec !
mixer.

The pipeline never goes after PREROLL. Am I missing something? Is dvdsubdec stable? (I am using version 0.10.9 on ubuntu 8.10)
