Hi,

as you all probably know, there are gst-plugins-good and -bad releases
scheduled for August 17th, so we are going to freeze -good and -bad for
commits soon.

The good <--> bad plugin move window is now open, so if you want to see
plugins moved from good to -bad or from -bad to -good, act now and file
or update the corresponding bug in bugzilla. The plugin moving
guidelines (for moves from -bad to -good) can be found here:

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/plain/docs/random/moving-plugins

Now is also your last chance to ping us on bugs or patches you think
should go in or be looked at before the code freeze. For non-critical
things, a simple follow-up comment on the bug should be enough.
Everything else (regressions, crashers etc.), please mark as blocker.

The plan is to freeze -good and -bad some time on Monday (August 10th)
and then have the first round of prereleases ready on Monday or Tuesday.

 Cheers
  -Tim
