  Yes, you'll need :
  * A Real demuxer like rmdemux from gst-plugins-ugly.
  * Video decoders for the various formats:
     * RealVideo4: either realdec from gst-plugins-bad, or the
to-be-released gst-ffmpeg,
     * H264 : gst-ffmpeg

  Those are just examples of publicly available plugins, you might find
some other proprietary equivalents also.
